Loveland Ohio 45140 Vacation Home on the Little Miami River and the Loveland Bike Trail:
The house really feels new with the classic cottage charm you want in a vacation property including a spacious cathedral ceiling in the living room and kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. We also have 3 bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom/laundry room. There is plenty of room for up to 7 people comfortably. Now for the fun part! Start your day by taking a seat on the expansive front porch overlooking the 4 acres of fields and forest and enjoy the gentle river breeze. Later, take a stroll down to the river with your chair and sit on the beach to listen to the rapids or bring your fishing pole and try your hand at fishing. Before dark, jump on your bike and head north for a half of a mile to downtown Loveland for dinner or a drink. Wrap up your evening beside the house with a glass of wine next to our cozy campfire area.

So many incredible daytime and weekend activities to enjoy from kayaking/canoeing on the Little Miami River (canoe rentals less than a 1/2 mile away or an easy 10 minute walk), biking on the scenic bike trail right outside the back door (bike rentals a 1/2 mile away - an easy 10 minute walk), walking or biking to nearby downtown historic Loveland (1/2 a mile away) for shops and/or dinner, walking or biking 1 mile to Branch Hill for shopping, coffee or dinner, or walking or biking to historic Milford (8 miles away) for more shopping and/or dinner. Conveniently located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and the Riverfront area, 2 hours from Lexington, Louisville, Columbus and Indianapolis and approx. 1 hour from Dayton. Other popular destinations from here include: The Cincinnati Zoo (30 minutes), The Creation Museum (45 minutes) The Ark Encounter (1 Hour) The Greater Cincinnati Airport (40 minutes) Kings Island (15 minutes) and The Wright Pat Air Force Museum (1 hour).  This is the vacation home you have been searching for!

Book for a day or for a week, thats up to you! The home has access to up to 4 acres of land including woods, open fields and approximately 700 feet of rocky riverfront beach area. Please note that while our standard rental only allows up to 7 people, it is possible to rent this property for parties and special events by incorporating the expansive outdoor areas. Please contact us for more details in regards to rental requests for more than 7 people. Please note that special events will not be at the standard overnight rate. For more information on things to do in walking distance look up on your favorite search engine Loveland Ohio Restaurants, shopping, canoe rental, bike trail, etc.

We live 7 minutes away. We are often found coming and going around the property since we love to fish, kayak and bike just like you. So there is a good chance you may see our family of 7 on weekends.

Loveland Ohio is an amazing place to visit. World famous ice cream (Graeter's), fun small town shopping, trail side outdoor dining, two new breweries, a brand new park and lots of other surprises just a short walk away. Go the other direction (south) and hit a cool town called Branch Hill, a former Gangster hangout in the 1920's with a cool bar, coffee shop, convenient store and large antique shop. A few miles further down the trail to get to Miamiville where you will see historic homes and a cool deli. 8 miles from our home you will get to Historic Downtown Milford Ohio. This place is awesome with restaurants, bars, a donut shop, antique shops, an outdoor store, a bike shop and much more. I can go on and on with lots of options for you to explore around here right on the bike trail!

We are very excited to share our home with you and there are a few things we want to make sure you are made aware of regarding your stay: - There is parking for 2-3 cars maximum. Please note that there is no on street parking whatsoever. - Bedroom #3 (with bunkbeds) is located in tandem with the master bedroom (you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to bedroom #3). It is a great bedroom for younger children when perhaps parents would like to have staying close by. We want to make sure if this arrangement bothers you for any reason that you make note of it and decide if you will be okay with this prior to booking your stay. - We are happy to accommodate small dogs in our home, but please note that there is no fence to the yard and you will need to keep your dog on a leash and in your full control when letting them outside as there are very often others dogs passing very nearby on the bike/walking trail that is located directly behind the home. You will need to be responsible for your dog at all times. - Video monitoring of the exterior of the property in use 24/7 for added security. - Please be sure to note that the maximum amount of guests allowed is seven (that includes all ages). - Also note that this is a 100+ year old home and comes with all the charm of a 100 year old home. While it is completely updated with all new and modern amenities it was still built in sections over decades so some floors, doorways, etc. are uneven. We are confident that these quirks will not hinder the amazing time you will have while staying here.

Video monitoring of the exterior of the property in use for added security.  Note this property is on the river and acts of God, like flooding, may occur and limit the road access.  During these times most neighbors use the bike trail to access the main roadways.

Book for a day or for a week, thats up to you! Or if you would like to reserve the property for a wedding, party or event please contact us directly for special pricing starting at $500 per day.
